Vera Wang describes this dress as a strapless gown in English net with pintuck vertical details on overlay, and a silk taffeta sash. I paid $6000 CDN for it in 2006.
The dress normally comes with a champagne sash, though I had mine changed to ivory to match the dress itself. I wore my sash in a bow at the back, but it can be worn in many different ways. There were cups put into this dress, which can be removed. There is a bustle on the dress which picks up from three loops (back middle, back left, back right) and attaches to a button, however this can be changed. I did not wear a veil.
This dress is in great condition and was professionally preserved immediately after my wedding. If I had any reason to keep this dress I would, it’s beautiful!
