Alterations:
Slight padding was added in the bust. A hidden bustle was added by a professional seamstress with buttons that tie up the dress perfectly for dancing. The train clasps under the lace.
Description and details
This is a beatiful Maggie Sottero Suzanne Vidal dress, fits like a glove! It is a one-piece, vintage taffeta and Vidal lace, A-line, strapless, corset back gown. There is boning in the corset to help hold the gown up. The most beautiful features include an elegant lace overlay on the bodice that creates an asymmetrical lowered waist - very flattering. A taffeta empire band sprinkled with crystals decorates the bodice. The taffeta skirt is accented with gentle folds of fabric that are upswept at the side and gorgeous lace highlights the chapel train.
The dress was worn once for my Sept 2007 wedding, and is in great condition. You will feel like a princess wearing it for your special day!
