It is a elbow length veil with swarovski tear drop crystals.
I bought it at David's Bridal along with my dress 5 years ago. Still in the plastic wrapper I bought it in.
It will need to be steamed to straighten it.
Need a new wardrobe and doing some spring cleaning so trying to lighten some of my closest.
The picture is the closest thing i could find the resembled it. I would say it's 99% accurate but since I can't see the whole thing I can't be for sure.
