The Dress
Brand new (with tags) Amy Michelson silk gown bought at Sue Gordon’s bridal salon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This dress is simple, classy, elegant and sexy. You will surely fall in love with Amy’s gorgeous wedding dress appropriately named: THE ONE. The dress was NEVER WORN and it is a size 16. We paid a total of 3663.36 $ USD for the dress & veil (please see pictures for original receipts).
The Veil
The brand new Amy Michelson veil is simply gorgeous. It’s really long (about the length of the dress) and extremely romantic. It has a thick shiny satin band all around the edge, and would make anyone look like a saint! The style name is “Euro Veil” and it looks perfect with the Amy Michelson dress.
The Designer
To meet the needs of today’s fashion conscious bride, Amy Michelson creates a signature look of soft sensuality infused with a modern confidence. Born in Wyckoff, New Jersey to Quaker family, Amy was inspired by her mother and grandmother, both artists. She studied fine art at Bard College and fashion at New York’s Parsons School of Design. Beginning her career in fashion by renovating antique clothing for celebrities, Amy had her own design and manufacturing company by the ripe age of 22 and was instantly embraced by major retailers and fashion editors. With the success and notoriety of her life on Seventh Ave., Hollywood called and Amy moved to L.A. to star in a number of roles over several years, including appearances in the films Wired and Burglar, guest spots on TV’s China Beach and Head of the Class and a season long stint on Falcon Crest as the amorous, yet tragic character, Kelly.
