The wedding dress is called Lena by Amy Kuschel, and was designed and hand-made in their San Francisco office. Amy Kuschel dresses are couture gowns, made with some of the finest fabrics but at a reasonable price. I had a hard time finding the right dress and was immediately sold on the quality and fit of this dress. Lena has a fluted a-line silhouette, v-neck with silk sheer organza, and has a fan sash and organza straps that give it that extra detail. Our wedding was set outdoors in a garden-like setting, so I was looking for a dress with more of a classic, romantic feel. The dress was worn once at my wedding (October 2009) and is in absolute perfect condition. As much as I'd like to keep the dress, my husband just accepted a job overseas and it is too difficult to transport.
