Shimmer
Avoid too much shimmer anywhere on your face –especially if there’s a photographer around! Shimmer always presents a problem in photos because the light is attracted to and will enhance any shine you already have. You could end up looking like you’ve just run a marathon! Plus, if some of your photos are in black and white, too much shimmer can make your face look ashy (grey) in photos.
Shimmer should just be used on your face as a highlighter to make certain facial features pop, not make you look like a disco queen! If you love that luminous looking skin, place a shimmery (NOT GLITTERY) product on your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, and your brow bone. This will give your skin a subtle glow.
