Tip from the Expert: How to Use Illustrations to Personalize Your Wedding
For the month of January, SmartBride Boutique is showcasing various wedding tips from the experts. Check back daily for helpful tips and advice as you plan your wedding.
Today's tip is from Astrid Mueller.
What is your vision for your big day? Are you looking for a unique, personalized design element? Something that brings YOU and your fiancé into the picture, in a professional and modern way, with style?
Consider commissioning a professional wedding illustrator!

Illustration art is amazing -- anything is possible! A skilled wedding illustrator can visualize who you are in a brilliant, highly personalized and festive way. In addition, your own illustration allows you to accentuate your wedding in 1001 different ways, while making it "totally you"!
When I consult with couples, I love to hear their visions of their dream wedding and help them bring it to life with a bespoke illustration. I've visualized entire love stories, illustrated the bride and groom in front of their wedding venue -- sometimes even with their pets. Once I designed an illustration for a couple, I can add it to wedding stationery items and unique keepsakes, such as cake toppers, party drink coasters and luggage tags -- just to name a few -- to complement their unique romantic celebration.

Have you considered projecting a wedding illustration onto a wall or your dance floor? What about inviting your guests to sign a canvas that features your illustration, instead of the typical guest book? Or, how about sending off your save the dates with custom-made illustrated luggage tags, inviting your guests to travel to your loft venue in style?
