How to Eliminate Pesky Back Fat and Underarm Pudge
Dear SmartBride,
I'm really trying to get in shape for my wedding. I've been working hard on toning my arms so my upper body looks great in my strapless dress!
But, last time I went in for a dress fitting, I was still getting a little bit of "pudge" squeezing out of my bra underneath my arms and a little around the back. My wedding is only 2 months away, so I'm not going to kid myself into thinking that I'll have lost a bunch more weight before then.
Do you have any suggestions? I know I'm going to have my back facing my guests for most of the ceremony and I don't want them starring at my back fat!

Is It Cold in Here? Nipple Coverage Under Your Strapless Gown
Dear SmartBride,
I love my dress! Every time I go in for a fitting I love it even more. But the last time I went, I noticed in the mirror that you could see a little more through my dress than I realized. Granted, it was a little “cold” in the shop – if you know what I mean. But, my ceremony is outside and who knows what the weather will be like!
I am usually an A, sometimes a B cup (on a good day) but given how tight the top of my dress is, I wasn’t planning to wear anything underneath. Please help – my friend suggested “pasties”, but you should see what came up when I googled it!

Better Bras for Busty Brides
Dear SmartBride,
I'm getting married this summer and I've decided to go with a strapless dress with a mermaid silhouette because it will really show off my curves.
The problem is, I've been into a few shops and every time I try on a strapless gown, my boobs look squished but not in a “sexy yet wedding appropriate cleavage” kind of way.
Can I go strapless?
Dresses featured above: Paloma Blanca 4105 – Size 8 , Vera Wang Odette – Size 8
I'm a D cup and not totally perky. I've always had trouble finding a great strapless bra that gives enough support.
Can you recommend a good strapless bra for bigger-busted brides? Or should I be looking gowns with one shoulder, or full straps?
