What do I do with my ring at the gym?
The question "what do I do with my ring at the gym?" can cause brides-to-be a lot of stress. Do I leave it in my locker? Do I wear it while I work out? Do I leave it at home? If I leave it at home, does that mean I can’t show it off all day at work?
Most of the time a b2b doesn’t think about these all important, ring protecting questions until they go for their first post-engagement work out. They've changed into their yoga gear, filled their water bottle and are about to close up their locker when it hits them. So what then?
If you've totally forgotten – you're kind of stuck wearing it in my opinion. I avoid leaving my ring in the locker at all costs. I've heard too many horror stories about rings going missing from gym lockers and spa lockers. I don't have the perfect solution, but maybe some of these tips will help.
