Bride-to-Be: Flavor Favors

TAGS: BRIDE TO BE, FLAVOR, FAVORS, WEDDING, BUDGET, TIPS, ADVICE

RC and I are very much into food and cooking, and some of our favorite memories together involve amazing meals.

As such, I recently became very inspired when I came across this post for homemade marshmallows on one of my daily Interweb stops (seriouseats.com). How cute would little stacks of fluffy, multicolor marshmallows be as wedding favors?

Tasty favors are also a great way to go DIY and save some money – make them yourself and incorporate your favorite flavors for a warm, personalized “thank you" to your guests.

Bitten by the edible favor bug, I’ve been digging around for ideas.

Here are some of my best finds:

  1. Fleur de Sel Caramels

I am a fiend for salty-sweet flavor combinations, and these individually-wrapped bites of heaven would be a great welcome to any celebration.
