Friday Fitness: Want Arms Like Michelle Obama?
Hey there Beautiful Brides,
Not only does the first lady have a wicked sense of style, but she's got great arms that almost every woman envies. This week I'll share some moves that will tone your biceps & triceps!

EXPOSED AREA: ARMS
EXERCISES: Push Ups, Bicep Curls and Tricep Dips
When you're wearing that sleeveless or strapless gown on the big day, you want to show off sexy arms that are toned from all angles. Strengthen your triceps and firm up jiggling biceps doing these exercises that will make Michelle Obama wish she had your arms!
- 10 push ups: (pictured above) If at first you can't do all ten on your toes, do at least one and then do the rest from your knees. Next time, add an additional push up from your toes, incrementally building up until you can do ten!
- 10 bicep curls: Use anything weighted – water bottles, dumbbells etc. and aim to lift between five and eight pounds depending how much you want to challenge yourself.
- 10 tricep dips:Do these off of the floor or off of a chair/bench for better range


Do each exercise three times in a row for maximum results. If you do these at least three times per week, you should start seeing results in two weeks. Even better, do these moves during commercial breaks while watching TV. Remember, it's your wedding day and you want the BEST results possible!
