Friday Fitness: Three Tips that Lead to Fitness Success!
Hey Brides-to-be!
Last week I shared with you three mistakes that can sabotage your fitness efforts. This week, I’d love to offer three tips that will maximize your fitness efforts! Follow these tips with focus and determination and you’ll be sure to reach your goals!

Tip #1: Set SMARTER Goals
Most of us have all learned about setting S.M.A.R.T. goals, but let's make them smart-er!
Your goals should be:
- Specific
- Measurable
- Achievable
- Realistic
- Time-bound
- Exciting
- Recorded
Remember to reward yourself along the way when you achieve S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goals!
Tip #2: The Powerful Routine
At the beginning of the week make sure to choose and schedule times to work out that fit into your daily routine. This will prevent you from feeling like you're ‘too busy’ for fitness. It's important to pick a time when your schedule allows for consistency and when you normally feel energetic.
Tip #3: The Deciding Factor
No matter what type of fitness program you have, consistency is key if you're going to achieve lasting, long-term results that benefit you far past your wedding day. Start with small steps and keep moving forward with your program. If you miss your workout one day, be sure to fit a workout into your schedule as soon as you can.
