Friday Fitness: Bare a Beautiful Back!

Hey there Smart Brides,


What’s the best accessory to match an elegant updo and a sleeveless or strapless gown? A nice, defined back!


Make your upper-body tight and toned so that you feel confident when you bare some skin for your walk down the aisle. You’ll gain definition and lose inches off of your mid and upper back by doing the moves below.


Just think of how fantastic you’ll feel when you show off your gown and your body in those wedding photos!


EXPOSED AREA: BACK

EXCERCISE: Bent-Over Rows

  • Use two water bottles, detergent bottles, or anything around the house that weighs approx 5 - 8lbs.
  • Get in a bent over position with your back flat, pull the weights up to chest height, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  • Do 12 - 15 reps. Repeat 3 times.
