Clean out your closet for a good cause!
Quick on the heels of our success at the SmartBride Spring Charity event on March 26th where we raised $3,725 for the Canadian Women's Foundation and its Women Moving Women campaign, we are seeking to raise an additional $1,275 throughout April to reach our stretch goal of $5,000. We will be achieving this by donating $1 from every bridal gown and bridesmaid dress posted for sales on SmartBrideBoutique.ca for the month of April.
This is a huge undertaking (1200 more postings needed!), but we feel passionate about this campaign. Raising $5,000 will allow us to move two Canadian women out of poverty through a life changing economic development program. Find out more at Women Moving Women.
With your help we can achieve this lofty goal! SmartBride is now in 9 cities across Canada (just launched Winnipeg, Halifax, Ottawa and Victoria!), so share this promotion with all of your friends, no matter where they live, help them recoup some money and help us raise funds for this worthwhile cause!
